Do I have to create an account?

No. On the first screen you can choose to continue without an account, and everything works: tracking, charts and reminders included. An account is only needed to see the anonymous community reports and to back your records up across devices.

Reminders are not arriving

Check these in order:

• Settings › Notifications › Haftra: notification permission must be on.
• In the app, Settings › Reminders: the injection reminder must be enabled.
• Focus / Do Not Disturb: a mode may be active at your dose time.
• Low Power Mode: it can delay some notifications.

Weight is not coming in from the Health app

Check that read permissions for weight and blood glucose are enabled under Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Haftra. Haftra never writes to the Health app, only reads, so only read permissions are required. If you just granted permission you may need to close and reopen the app.

I want to change my dose or dose day

You can update the medication, dose, administration method and first dose date under Settings › Treatment plan; the plan recalculates automatically. Only make that change under your clinician's guidance. Haftra does not recommend doses.

The community screen says sign-in is required

Anonymous community signals are only available to users with an account. This limits abuse: otherwise the same report could be submitted repeatedly and the counts would be distorted. Signing in with Apple or email is enough.

How do I delete my data?

Your tracking records are on your device, so removing the app deletes them. If you have an account, Settings › Permanently delete account removes your account, your email and the community reports you shared from the database. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Details are in the privacy policy.

I changed devices and my records did not come across

Records only transfer if you have an account. If you used the old device without one, the data stayed there and cannot be moved. If you still have the old device, sign in on it, wait until Settings shows the last sync time, then sign in with the same account on the new device and your records will download. Progress photos are not backed up. They stay on the device that took them.

Which medications are supported?

Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy and Saxenda, plus compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide prescriptions. An "Other" option lets you track a treatment that is not in the list.
