Who is this for?
- Patients starting GLP-1 treatment for weight loss
- Those titrating doses and managing transition weeks
- Users wanting a clean visual map for injection rotation
- Anyone who values clean data and complete privacy
Track your weekly injection day, rotation sites, side effects, estimated medication levels, and weight progress in one elegant, private app. Your decisions with your doctor, your records with you.

After an injection, medication levels rise, peak, and gradually decline. Haftra plots this curve according to your personalized dose: you always know what to expect each day. Informational curve; medical decisions remain with your physician.

Select your medication and injection day to discover your weekly pharmacokinetic curve, peak concentration, and half-life timeline.
Haftra shows your doses, sites, symptoms and weight on one timeline, so you can bring those records to your doctor's appointments.

Haftra supports all major weekly injections and daily oral GLP-1 and dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist therapies.
Retatrutide (LY3437943), developed by Eli Lilly, is an experimental triple receptor agonist targeting GIP, GLP-1, and Glucagon receptors simultaneously. It is currently in multinational Phase 3 (TRIUMPH) clinical trials.
A rough estimate derived from clinical trial averages. It is not a personal result; your own course may differ.
Average Weekly Rate: ~0.3 kg / weeks
Repeated injections in the same spot cause lipohypertrophy. Click a zone to see the anatomical guidance.
At least 2 inches (5 cm) to the right of the belly button. Generous subcutaneous depth.
Inject at a 90-degree angle. Count to 6 seconds before withdrawing the needle.
Haftra remembers your last injection spot and automatically marks the next zone.
Automated 4-dose schedule with reminders on shot day, eve of injection, and cycle phases.
Visual body map remembering abdomen, thigh, and arm history to prevent tissue scarring.
Pharmacokinetic simulation showing peak absorption and biological half-life levels.
Linear regression model estimating your target date from real weight loss trend data.
One-tap symptom journal for nausea, fatigue, and reflux ready for physician review.
Custom cup size tracking and automatic Apple Health exercise synchronization.

Take a photo of your plate; Haftra AI recognizes the food and shows protein and estimated energy. The numbers are estimates, and you correct them before saving.
Recognizes each food on the plate and lists its protein and calorie estimate on its own line.
Half, three quarters, all of it, one and a half or double: the numbers follow how much you ate.
Each meal is saved with the day of your dose cycle, so you can see how your appetite changes across the week.
A downsized copy goes to Google Gemini only to make the estimate and is not stored anywhere.
A Haftra+ feature that needs an account. You can always log a meal by hand. Haftra sets no calorie targets and does not score food; an estimate is not a measurement.
Haftra summarises the exact clinical metrics your prescriber or endocrinologist wants to see.
Exact dates, strengths, and missed dose logs.
Severity trends for nausea, fatigue, or heartburn.
Linear regression showing true body composition velocity.
Log your weekly shot, water intake, and body weight directly from Apple Watch. Automatically syncs with your iPhone.
Quick complication actions for injections, water, and weight.
Gentle haptic wrist notifications on dose day and the night before.
See your next injection day right on your favorite watch face.

Verified feedback from our growing patient community.
“Haftra took all the anxiety out of injection day. Knowing my peak absorption days helps me time my hydration and workouts.”
“I showed the Haftra summary report to my doctor at my 3-month review. She loved how clean the side effect timeline was.”
“The privacy aspect is what sold me. No account needed and progress pictures stay strictly on my phone.”
“The 6-zone rotation map completely prevented tissue soreness. Having it on my Apple Watch is brilliant.”
See anonymous side effect trends reported by real people taking the exact same medication. No synthetic numbers: signals only appear when verified by multiple patients.
A symptom must be independently reported by at least 3 distinct individuals before appearing as a community signal.
Signals are strictly separated by active molecule (tirzepatide vs semaglutide) so experiences never get mixed.
Reports are not linked to your identity, and a symptom only appears once at least three people have reported it.

Clinical Outcomes: In a 72-week trial of 3,127 adults, mean weight change with the highest dose of orforglipron (36 mg) was -11.2%, compared with -2.1% on placebo.
Clinical Outcomes: In the Phase 2 trial of retatrutide, a GIP/GLP-1/glucagon triple agonist, the 12 mg dose produced a mean weight loss of 24.2% at 48 weeks. Phase 3 (TRIUMPH) trials are ongoing.
Clinical Outcomes: In 751 adults without diabetes, mean weight change over 72 weeks was -20.2% with tirzepatide and -13.7% with semaglutide.
Clinical Outcomes: In adults with obesity and moderate to severe sleep apnea, tirzepatide reduced breathing events per hour by an average of 25 to 29 over 52 weeks, compared with about 5 on placebo. The FDA approved Zepbound for this use in December 2024.
Clinical Outcomes: In 3,417 adults over 68 weeks, mean weight change was -20.4% with cagrilintide-semaglutide and -3.0% on placebo.
Clinical Outcomes: In 17,604 adults with established cardiovascular disease and no diabetes, weekly semaglutide 2.4 mg lowered the combined risk of cardiovascular death, heart attack and stroke by 20% compared with placebo.

In accordance with App Store guidelines and medical safety principles:
It does not diagnose, recommend a dose, or set an interval. It records the plan a clinician gave and follows it.
It does not provide injection technique instruction. The vial diagram counts doses; drawing up medication is demonstrated by your prescriber.
It sets no calorie or diet targets. Meal notes describe what was eaten without scoring or judging choices.
The medication level curve is an illustrative pharmacokinetic model derived from published half-lives; it is not a direct blood measurement.
Stock and expiry safety warnings are never gated behind a paywall; safety features remain free for all users.
Health data is among your most private information. To protect it, Haftra works without a mandatory account.
You can use the app without ever creating an account; your records then stay only on your phone.
Your progress photos never leave your device and are not uploaded to a server, even when you are signed in. The one exception is a meal estimate (Haftra+) that you start yourself: a downsized copy of that photo goes to Google Gemini for the estimate and is not stored anywhere.
The app shows no ads and your data is never sold. If you installed Haftra from an ad, only the fact that the install happened is reported to Meta, in aggregate. If you have an account, short usage events without any health data are kept on our own server. You can permanently delete your account and all your records from within the app.
Haftra is a privacy-first tracking app built specifically for GLP-1 therapies like Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound. It features 6-zone rotation mapping, 7-day cycle curves, symptom journaling, and offline privacy.
Haftra helps tirzepatide users manage weekly injection schedules, track rotation across abdomen, thigh, and arm zones, anticipate peak absorption days, and monitor titration side effects.
Yes. Haftra fully supports semaglutide pens, tailoring reminders and dose absorption curves to semaglutide's approximate 7-day elimination half-life.
Yes! Haftra is free to download on the App Store. All core features, including dose tracking, rotation maps, side effect logging and weight charts, work without a subscription or a mandatory account.
Rotating sites prevents lipohypertrophy (hardening of subcutaneous fatty tissue) which can impair drug bioavailability. Haftra highlights your last injected zone and suggests the next recommended site.
Haftra models biological accumulation curves using clinical elimination half-life figures (~5 days for tirzepatide, ~7 days for semaglutide), illustrating peak and stabilization days.
Without an account, your health records stay only on your device. If you create an account, your records are backed up on our server in the European Union. Progress photos never go to the server. We don't sell your data, and we use only three providers to run the service: Supabase (account and backup), Google Gemini (only for a meal photo estimate you start yourself; the photo is not stored) and Meta (only an aggregate report of installs that came from an ad, with no health data). Full details are in the privacy policy.
By applying linear regression across at least four weeks of your logged weight points, Haftra calculates your weekly trend and estimates your target date.
Haftra AI is the meal scan that comes with Haftra+. It recognizes the food in a photo of your plate and gives an estimate of protein and calories; you choose the portion and can correct the numbers before saving. A downsized copy of the photo goes to Google Gemini for the estimate and is not stored. The estimate is not a measurement, and Haftra sets no calorie targets.
