# Haftra

> Haftra is a weekly GLP-1 injection tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It keeps a record of dose days, injection-site rotation, side effects, weight, pen stock and treatment cost for people using Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda and other GLP-1 medicines. It works without an account. Haftra is a tracker, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, recommend doses or replace a prescriber. The website and its guides are published in Turkish (the original), English (US and UK), German, Spanish, French and Arabic.

For the Haftra AI meal scan, a downsized copy of the photo goes to Google Gemini for the estimate and is not stored. If the app was installed from a Meta ad, only the install is reported to Meta, in aggregate. With an account, short usage events without health data are kept on Haftra's server. No data is sold. ## Haftra AI (meal scan)

Haftra AI is the meal scan in Haftra+. The user photographs a plate; Haftra AI recognises the food and estimates protein and calories per item. The user picks the portion (half, three quarters, all, one and a half, double) and corrects the numbers before saving; each meal is stored with the day of the dose cycle. The estimate is not a measurement, Haftra sets no calorie or diet targets, a meal can always be logged by hand, and the scan needs an account. ## What Haftra does not do

- It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose or set an injection interval. It records the plan a prescriber gave.
- It does not teach injection technique; that belongs to the prescriber and pharmacist.
- It sets no calorie or diet targets and does not score food.
- The medication level curve is a model from published half-lives (about 5 days for tirzepatide, about 7 days for semaglutide), not a blood measurement.
- It is not a medical device.
